U12 Spring League – Killygarry v Knockbride

Our U12 team played their second game in the Spring League at the Athletic Grounds against Knockbride on Monday evening. Both teams had big squads so two games were played again at the same time. The combined score at the end would decide the winners. There were excellent scores from both teams in the first half which made the game very entertaining. However, Knockbride went in at half time slightly in front. Killygarry started the second half very strongly in both games and ran out overall winners on the night. There was some great team play from Killygarry with every squad member getting game time on the pitch. The final aggregate score was Killygarry 19-26, Knockbride 12-07. Next game is away to Kingscourt on 9th May.
