Transformation Killygarry kicks off again on Wednesday next 15th February. With love still in the air after Valentines night the first weigh in will take place in the club gym at 8pm and will continue for eight weeks concluding on Easter weekend. The format is similar to last year’s successful event when a massive 1020lbs were shed over the eight weeks.
EVERYBODY is welcome to join, you do not have to be a club member or even from the area. There will also be the opportunity for teams/individuals to raise funds for a charity close to their heart, although this is totally optional. All the details that you need are set out on the attached fact sheet.
This is your chance to get in shape for Easter. So let your friends, work colleagues or relations know that Transformation Killygarry is starting again this Wednesday night at 8pm. See you there!
