Welcome to everyone who attended the first weigh-in last Wednesday. If you missed that weigh-in but would still like to get involved you can attend from the next weigh-in on Wednesday 22nd February at 8:30pm. The Transformation continues over the next eight weeks concluding on Easter weekend. The format is similar to last year’s successful event when a massive 1020lbs were shed over the eight weeks.
EVERYBODY is welcome to join, you do not have to be a club member or even from the area. There will also be the opportunity for teams/individuals to raise funds for a charity close to their heart, although this is totally optional. All the details that you need are set out on the attached fact sheet.
See you there!
